AGM - Friday 21st November 2025 @ 6pm, Memorial Hall
Our 35th Annual General Meeting of The Itchenor Society will be held at 6pm on Friday 21st November. The committee will update you on latest developments as it pertains to the village and also on what the society has been doing through the year. Please make every effort to attend to ensure that the society continues to take into consideration your views and deliver for you.
December 2025 - Christmas Carols
An evening of singing and supper to start Christmas in style. We’ll have live music with all your favourite carols. Everyone from the Grandparents, Grandchildren and any extended family that may be staying over the festive period are welcome – no better way to kick off the holiday season with a good sing along.
February 2026 - Winter Lunch
Lunch with friends and family to bring some light to the dark days
May 24th 2026 - Itchenor Society Summer Picnic
With dancing, raffles and a chance to enjoy the sunshine what a better way to spend the bank holiday weekend. Everyone welcome from the newest member of the village to the wisest member. Please come with you picnics and friends to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Memorial Hall
June 2026 - Itchenor Society Summer Party
A chance to get together with fellow villager’s for a few sun downers and marvel at the gorgeous surroundings.
Music and drinks will be provided. If you would like to contribute please do so by bringing a plate of canapés.
July 2026 - Service of Remembrance
A service of remembrance for 601 LCM Flotilla who were lost on 21st of July 1944 with Royal Marine bugler in attendance. Learn more HERE
